Aston Villa Review: Episode 98 - Villa draw with Southampton and Burnley

Times are tough for Aston Villa. While Arsenal and Liverpool fans bleat on and on about their respective "crises", Villa are just one game shy of going ten without a win. But has there been a slight upturn in fortunes? Paul Lambert's team are also now unbeaten in three, putting a definite full-stop on the disastrous six-game losing streak of the autumn. The latest two draws came against Southampton and Burnley, and we take a backwards glance over both games in this week's Aston Villa Review.

We also discuss the departures, permanent and otherwise, of assistant manager Roy Keane and record signing Darren Bent, who's been loaned to Brighton & Hove Albion for a month and got off to a scoring start this past weekend. Finally, we look ahead to two more fixtures as Villa prepare to face Crystal Palace on Tuesday before returning to Villa Park against Leicester City on Sunday.
