What better time to dig out one of the most ruthless performances of the season than when there’s a European semi-final place on the line?

Aston Villa put four past Bologna at Villa Park on Thursday night, winning 7-1 on aggregate to set up a Europa League semi-final tie against Premier League rivals Nottingham Forest.

The first leg will be played at the City Ground on Thursday 30th April, the second at Villa Park exactly one week later. Freiburg or Braga will be waiting for the winner on the other side.
